I'd lay out the Anja interview process this way,
Phone interview is actually with an HR contractor who is just screening out the complete idiots, second Skype interview is the technical TMAAT and some brief look at an approach, you'll also get some questions about your resume etc. If you come to Columbus its your job to lose in my opinion, they will grill you on any issues with your log book and the sim is a quick way to see if you can fly a jet, then you'll get a look over from upper management to get final blessing. Their not looking for perfection as much as someone who gets that the job is also about service as well as flying. Also look clean and sharp, no slobs at NJA!

Yeah not sure how that could be typed without spitting on the key board. My favorites are the guys wearing their “free” signature shirts under their work shirts not caring the print on the undershirt is seen through the threadbare pilot shirt. Never mind the fact that the last year free shirts were given out was 2010, they still wear them. Second favorite are the guys with ties that have so much food particles on them you can serve it for dinner.
You get a uniform allowance, USE it!
No slobs at NJA....Hahahaha.
