Actually no. It isn’t deflection if it’s true.

But least be real... let’s say you own a charter company and you’ve got crew you KNOW will do the job right, safety, legally and who has a consistent record of doing so. You’ve also got a crew where at least one of the pilots spends time on public forums spreading gossip and saying “it’s the bubbas” and “blame it on the A Team” and whose record shows low flight hours, high fatigue, DNIF and AOG.

Who are you sending if it really doesn’t matter who goes?

Everyone is A Team until they prove they are simply unfit to do anything but disrupt, complain and pigpen their way through work life.

I feel worse for the scheduler having to schedule flights around some of these “speed bumps” to the schedule.

And PS... just because you don’t agree with someone, that doesn’t make them a liar... unless you watch too much MSNBC.

Here is real- the vast majority have proven to be reliable. The vast majority of those that are proven reliable are still passed over for the bubba club. The club is real. You know it is real. Everyone at NetJets knows it is real. We could have a poll and we won't find a single netjets pilot who will say there isn't a bubba club/ A Team except those who are on the A Team. They don't want everyone else to know and be angry with them. The A Team is typically steering well clear of message boards so I can pretty much guarantee we wont find anyone else on this board who says the bubba club/ A Team doesn't exist.

Or are the vast majority of folks steering clear of message boards like this because of a few outspoken unhappy voices... and the vast majority are just happy, well adjusted folks that go to work and work hard.

They don’t make excuses, they don’t complain. They just get it done if they can.

These message board just seem to attract done of the most negative folks and that unfortunate because no normal person goes to the pool to see what’s in the pool filter. They go for fun, company, weather etc.

Some of these boards are the absolute pool filters of the aviation world. “Oh look! Junebugs and a dead frog! This pool sucks!!!”

I actually like my job quite a bit. I don't love getting "A Teamed"- watching a good trip get taken away by another crew member or crew that is on the A Team. I usually try to avoid using my opinion here, but I will call out gross exaggeration or lies when I see them and I will make factual corrections for the benefit of those considering working for NetJets.

All of us see trips come and go from our brief. Personally, I just don’t care the reason. I can believe that it was for operational need or I can believe it was something nefarious.

All of that depends on whether you’re a positively or negatively grounded personality.

I'm supposed to counter your point that the other A Teamers don't come on a message board to refute that there is an A Team? Would anyone who isn't full of BS continually have to change their screen name to continue to spout gross exagerations and/ or lies? Does anyone else at NetJets currently or formerly believe you aren't lying? I'm done trying to counter this particular lie. I'll probably be back to counter the next.

Whatever makes you feel better. My point is this... many come to message boards for info but not every day. That don’t hang on every word from every post from every poster for exactly the reasons I’ve mentioned in your posts.
