They used to share that data with the union and publish a fleet statistics report every so often (quarterly I think).

In my best Inspector Clouseau, "not any more..."*

This is the new, tougher, dumber Netjets. Knowledge is power and they don't want to share any of either.

Some of us have warned you about this place. Do you REALLY want to work for a company that launches a Crewmember Review Board against the Vice President of the union in the middle of an officer election and puts her on administrative leave as a result? And then calls a CRB for a fairly new pilot to ask questions about a picket he attended in Des Moines?

We may have a new contract that pays us a little more but "The Suck" is only getting worse. Caveat emptor.

Or this is a great company that takes care of it's pilots like they are family.

You lie or cheat you're getting called in. It doesn't matter who you are. That's just reality.

Remember it's election cycle and drama makes for votes.

SURELY, you can't be serious.

And if the company thinks accusing the VP of something is going to COST her votes, they're even dumber than I think.

The entire situation is a shame, and a continuation of the over-dramatic and toxic behavior both NJA management and NJASAP have been engaging in for years.

Given the ratio of weekend to weekday 7/7 lines last year and apparently this year, this "great company" doesn't want you home on the weekends unless you're willing to sell more of your life to their machine.

We'll see what the ultimate outcome is but with two CRBs from pilots who attended Des Moines, I find it likely the company surveyed that picket to what is likely an illegal extent. You're clearly an idiot or an office dweller if you can't see it. Possibly both.

I guess when you can't have a civil discussion you just name call. Whatever.

We're in the service business. The company is going to make the schedules to fit our demands. Just like at the airlines and you gain seniority you are able to choose schedules that work better for you.

The company has been making schedules to accommodate demand for many decades. It wasn't until we were in hostile negotiations that they decided to change the secret formula to do vastly more weekend starts than before. Things are still hostile so I fully expect the numbers of slots for the weekends to remain much higher than before. I and many others I have personally spoken to with weekend starts have had multiple requests from scheduling to slide or extend off the weekend start to fulfill operational needs. Union leadership and the majority of pilots do not believe the extra weekend starts are what is best for operations.

Well the pilots are paid to fly the planes and union leadership does whatever they do and the company makes the schedules.

The company feels it needs X amount of weekend starts. That's up to them, they have the metrics and the data that they are going by.

Ever since the pandemic the owners patterns have changed. It's not what it was before.

Yeah, and this "family" has about 2500 red headed stepchildren who wear blue pants and white shirts.
