Default Interview notification times??

So I had my second virtual interview 2 weeks ago. Was told I’d find out the result “soon” once the interview was complete. My status on the NJ profile hasn’t changed and it’s been crickets. Those that have done the 3 interview system, how long did it take you to find out if you made it to the interview person sim after completing your 2nd virtual? Thanks!

Generally the online interview call back time is pretty quick I.e. within 1-4 days, the in person ranges wildly. Just to be totally frank, two weeks post online interview is probably not the best sign but at the same time it’s not a no yet!

No worries. At this point, I’m not expecting anything. However, you’d think common courtesy would be to at least tell me yes or no when you tell me I’ll hear back “soon” at the end of the interview. Felt like it went well too.

Like I said it’s not a no yet. The person who conducts the interview doesn’t make the decision. There’s a hiring board and sometime it just takes a hot minute for that team to get together.

NJ management doesn’t follow common courtesy. They are making so much money that they don’t care who they upset. Run you over and move on. That includes their employees, applicants, FBO service people, customers, etc. Truly the Evil Empire.

Hello,

What is the current timeline after the third interview? How long does it take to hear back and get a class date assignment?
