Million dollar question..actually the only question..Yes replacement, growth...who knows... maybe a few years down the road.

Go find a senior Gulfstream or Falcon captain on the 18 day schedule, making $170K a year with free benefits and not having to worry about commuting,.... (see if he agrees with you)

Even if those statistics only apply to the "senior" guys, don't you think that your comment that the "only thing Netjets seems able to accomplish anymore is the destruction of pilot's careers," a little dramatic?
What exactly have they done that MANY other sectors of employment in the United States haven't done during hard economic times?

Why would I wish that? I'm happy for them. The reality is, a lot of our "brothers" are not simply surviving (and working to get us back), many are thriving. It is what it is, but my career, along many others, has been destroyed. Tragically, most don't seem to care.
They are working within the contract that we all agreed to. What else can I say.....

Netjets orders 100 challengers, + 25 Cessnas, on top of the 50 Phenoms and 50 Globals
And here we are, giving Netjets a good ole fashion bashing..
Execpt Southwest and Fedex, every other airline, fractional, and cargo company has furloughed pilots, but NJA is doing it for a more sinister reason

Can you no longer work? Are you unable to get another aviation job?
Do you really mean that you thought you were at a career destination and now find yourself unemployed and are know upset and back in the job hunt?
I have a very close friend who lost his job yesterday in the IT field. He was working for a contractor in Washington DC writing programming for the IRS. He still has the skills necessary to get another job in the IT field. He can learn a new trade if he feels that opportunity lies elsewhere.
Who is the "most" that you refer too? Most other pilots? Most of your friends? Most of management at whatever company you feel destroyed your career?
UCLA - I know you are a fan of the Challenger 300, but could you see yourself switching fleets

you know, airline ABC announces they have 425 new airliners ordered, of that 125 firm orders, and yes, shockingly, some will replace old, tired, airplanes (yes I know this is a real shocker and surprise), also airline ABC's chairman is a well respected financial guru and buyer of corporations, and this is magically "good news."
However, NetJets does it, and its "bad news"
Not to mention that some of NetJet's well maintained fleet, now on the used market, may create an opportunity for a growing/new flight department, to acquire a clean jet at a decent price, that otherwise might not be available. This creates some pilot jobs for the new flight department, maybe some furloughed or under-employed guys.
But, again, this is all bad news.
Amazing
