Pay is important for everyone, without a doubt, but be honest with yourself, wouldn't you be tired of flying to the same major airports over and over again??? I love flying the phenom to these little 4000ft airports in the most remote place you can imagine... again it all comes to, what you really want out of this job, money or adventure??? or a mix of the 2... this is just my $.02

I would murder a small village if I had to fly into EWR every day. The most challenging thing I did at the airlines was a visual. I did not become a pilot to become rich and if you did, well....
I like flying and I like the flying we do. From Andros Bahamas to Bermuda Dunes to LAX, I actually get to use my skills. I could have chosen to sit in a terminal waiting for the 4 hour commute with a bunch of oxygen thief's or chill in the nice and quiet crew lounge watching the NFL playoffs with that crazy bastard Jim Harbaugh.
Finally, asking for career advice here is like asking for financial or marital advice from an airline pilot.
Keep chasing money and this is what you will get...

Some people don't see a difference between commuting on your own to get to work and having a full fare ticket supplied by the company. Not to mention, with the medallion levels frac pilots maintain, getting in first quite often. And you keep the miles. And it counts as part of your duty day so you don't risk your ticket by showing already tired. I don't really enjoy that part of the job, but it is no big deal. On the other hand, commuting to work sucks big time. JMHO

Yes
I have a good sense of the job and the company.
I have options and Net Jets is my first and only choice.
Delta and American will become 2 and 3 should I not hear from Net Jets in another few months.

I guess it depends what you want out of life. I'd fly a 172 around the world for the right amount of pay. Being capped at 93K in the right seat for over a decade is not something I'd chase, but rather slip into. Granted, NetJets would be a step up from ANY regional as an FO but also look into LCC's. The pay there is about the same at yr 3 compared to NJ SIC top out.
