Nope... :D |
Here you go: https://ravncrews.com/?p=newPilots
According to the Airline Pilot Central airline page for Ravn, it says the most junior captain was in June 2011... So 6 year upgrade which sounds about right. They are advertising 41k FO pay. Management for Hageland said we get 15k cash bonus paid out every 4 months in 5k increments. They mentioned Corvus FO's are eligible for it too. All you need to get it is ATP minimums. Ravn/Corvus is great if you want to live in Anchorage and be home every night. Its all day trips out to the villages and then back to Anchorage at the end. Hageland is the highest paying 135 company in the U.S as far as I'm aware of. Corvus pays really well, I believe 41k FO pay. Plus now the 15k cash bonus each year. (You may have to ask their chief pilot about it and see how long it lasts for) I've talked with a few Corvus guys that have mentioned other captains getting hired straight to Alaska Airlines from there. But the 5 to 6 year upgrade time isn't the best in the world. Even if they do pay a lot, quality of life trumps pay especially dealing with Anchorage / Alaska. |

FO pay is 45k plus our 15k retention bonus. The most junior upgrade is around 4.5 years right now.

Any updated info? I’m asking specifically for the 121 Dash 8 operation. Is upgrade still sitting at around 4-5 years? What are the odds of going from Dash 8 PIC to a legacy? How is the commutability? Who do you have jumpseat agreements with? With all three certificates sharing a master seniority list, is there a chance I would be displaced to the 135 operation? How is the training?
Thanks in advance. :) |
I’ve heard Ravn is looking to cut cost due to financial performance last year and 1st quarter 2018. Do anyone know if pilot pay is going to change?

last upgrade in the Dash was hired 4-5 years ago, but with the insane amount of movement at the company I would not be surprised to see the upgrade fall to 2-2.5 years. Non-commutable but you are home every night.. In CASS, jumpseat agreements with everyone. No chance of displacement to the 135 side. The training program is very good.
Also FO pay was increased recently from 50hr to 60hr with a 70hr guarantee. 15k bonus is still being offered by the company. Anytime over 75 is paid at 1.25.. |
