I dunno.

Me thinks we'd need more aeroplanes and STAT!

Yeah, Anyone know how many airframes this Houston flying would require?

Between 6 and 9.

I think Colgan had 7 there.

Yikes. It'll take at least 3 or 4 months before we have the fleet for that...

Who's is doing that flying at the moment?

SomeBeech 08-22-2012 07:24 PM

I thought Colgan was still flying the IAH routes for the next month or so.

I thought the 135's at ExpressJet were doing that flying. Wasn't that why they pulled them out of the desert?

Even better. Who needs an FMS when you just turn your phone back on when you land and have 5 texts from dispatch.

I didn't know you guys had company paid phones.

Hey guys, this is not the first thread I am posting on, but just trying to get some insight. I only found out about Silver Airways recently from a friend, have only a vague idea about Gulfstream and didn't yet read the entire thread.

The guy who told me about them said they are getting Q400, I didn't find any of that in the thread I read thus far. Guess that was a rumour then since there is nothing on the website either. The salaries for the Saab 23.xx for 1st yr FO is not bad.

Do they have commuter clause? Is Dulles, VA a senior base and would someone with 1170tt and 147 multi have a shot of starting on the Saab or how is that working?

Also hearing about the single occupancy during training sounds generous.

I have applied online, someone on this thread mentioned earlier that they got the interview after calling them (having applied online already).

Can someone please give me a number to call the HR or whoever I should call?

Their career opportunities link is not working and the application doesn't list any phone number.
