The more I learn about this company, the more I want to work there.

I'm at 480ish/86...all I need is to finally take the ATP written and apply.

I interviewed today. Everyone seemed very nice and cordial. There were about 6 of us today that interview. I was supposed to interview at 12:30, but got there around 11:00 and they started when I showed up which was nice. First HR with CP and union captain. Simple, straight-forward questions. Bring copies of resume and logbook, license, medical, etc. If they invite you to continue, you'll take the 50 question written. All standard stuff. Then is the sim. I was prepared for the FLL sim profile like on the gouge but it was actually the RSW and the ILS 6. Takeoff, a couple of turns, track radial inbound then he gives you a hold. I had "hold NW on the 330 radial." It was a teardrop, he asked what heading I'd turn to after crossing the fix, and that was it. He repositioned me to intercept the ILS, flew it down to mins. The sim is touchy. Remember to trim, and have him take care of power and navs. He'll even say he can do whatever you ask. I bugged headings, and courses myself.

I don't think they were giving offers today, but a couple of us got a "see you in February" as we were leaving. So now we wait.

It was a good experience and it seems like the company is excited for the growth.

Thanks for your write up. Could you let me know your TT/ME?

ATP written is NOT a requirement for the F/O position. I called and confirmed that on Monday. Apply now.
