In regards to all the writing on the wall; It's pretty much a buyer's market for qualified FOs-- they can pretty much go anywhere they want right now. This company better start realizing that they need us a lot more than we need them. 10k loan repayment at Eagle(rumor?), 5k signing bonuses at Eagle and RAH, decent pay and reserve rules at SKW and Xjet. REAL bases at all 4 nonetheless... Waiting for this "big news" next month, if it doesn't improve my QOL or show signs of an upgrade soon, deuces Silver.

Big News?? what big news? when will we hear this "big news"? i've been hearing there is a "big news" coming every month, and it only seems to affect me negatively.

Remember the "You'll upgrade FAST" line? Starting put my apps out there, but I'll hold out until the end of my contract before I try to leave. The guys I'd like to go to require 2,000 minimum, so I want to get that before I leave. Yeah, I don't think things will turn out so well. I really try to be positive and optimistic, but it's difficult at times.

I think VPA sent the message to those in management "Dont screw up, you're head is on the chopping block."

End of your contract? The contracts gone. The BIL displacement will hinder a lot of upgs. Wonder if many of those guys would stay knowing they have to come east. Such a long period of uncertainty is upon.
