You should have brought that up on the conference call! And there is a 100% pass rate so far (Edward Lane anyone?)

What's upgrade time over there right now? Is BFD or JHW still a base? Long time FO here about to be furloughed yet again and sick of looking at 0 in the 121 PIC column of my logbook. Thanks for the info.

With no announcement of any growth and no real rumors or positive information from the union, along with the loss of two EAS cities in the Montana system, I would say 2-3 years (complete guess based on todays situation / news). Growth would obviously changes things tremendously, but as it stands today we are actually shrinking lol. You never know what the end of the year may bring though.

And they said they wanted 500 pilots on property within one year from last June ....I don't see 500 quite yet

Before its all said and done it will be like 80 pilots left, all 3M lifers. Everyone else will jump ship to better pastures.

Some guys think that the F word might be happening, but I don't think so, staffing bid perhaps.

As the captain I'm flying with this month put it: "The ship is sinking and it's name is "S.S. Silver."

She was a good ship for a while, but it may be time to don the lifejackets and lower the lifeboats... women and children first.

I don't know if there's enough life boats for everyone tho, I think they opted for the Swiss model boat with only space for 10%
