Agreed! At this point, where every regional is hiring and no shortage of work, QOL is now important. One of the reasons why I left silver, after sitting on rsv for a whole year, and possibly be on rsv for longer.

I'll answer your question when you cast a vote on the outstation poll. Time to put your vote where your mouth is.

My grill ain't gonna pay for itself:

With a side of QOL*, please and thank you.

*by QOL, I mean hub basing and a commutable** schedule.

**by commutable, I mean a reserve complement that allows for trip trades/drops without an executive order/act of [insert deity of your choosing here].

never said they have to give you a hug.......read the post a little closer next time just said update your stuff, and move on to something bigger and better something that pays more. Has better lines, and commutability. That equals a better QOL, if your not happy where your at. Either way the company doesn't care they will find someone else to fly for them. They may not be the best pilots. When everyone else has the same mins, and the pay is higher at other companies!

Still a no vote on the poll. But it looks like it's currently a 43-4 vote in favor of out station basing sucks cawk.
