It's about pax comfort you wana use the Saab great! Then buy enough air carts at every out station or rent them. Pretty sure you're a Northern based pilot so it's not nearly as bad as down South or you'd see where everyone is coming from.

I, for one, under estimated the number of vacancies that would be available on the Saab captain side. It only took a few to create a trickle down effect that resulted in an increased number of vacancies on the Beech captain side. These vacancies coupled with the displacements from Billings resulted in the downgrade of almost every direct entry captain hired in the past year and half.

I have heard from a few people that management doesn't care about pilot/fa QOL, retention or other issues for us..... they know most of us are here to get some experience and move on...... I'm just the messenger... I do agree with you guys though
