All I'm saying is that just because you have 1500 hours doesn't necessarily make you ready to be a Captain. I'm no better than anyone else and have make mistakes too. But there's an old adage that says: There's no substitute for experience

And go where? Sit right seat on reserve for the next four years at Eagle?

Word is the downgrades wont happen except maybe the very bottom 5 or so DECs. And even then not till Jan?

Very few DEC's were captains prior to coming here...
Just saying... Dont let pride make you do something you'll regret...

It's not a pride thing. It's if the DEC's could downgrade and keep captain pay I'm sure some would stay. Most DEC's need to grow economically. Why would DEC's stay at Silver when they can go to Horizon or Air Wisconsin and make more money being a FO? And they could be based in real cities.
