Being in this industry for 10 years now I know about Furloughs and unemployment, do not worry about that. You got it Tony, I did not say I flew for 10 years but I have worked in the industry for 10 years. Met Many people and heard many complaints and still wanted to fly. Learned a lot more than SIU could teach me from a book.

 

Actually you shouldn't be jealous of that. The Mighty Beech is one of the best planes in the world. I know Many Captains that are flying Heavy Jets that always say great things about The Mighty Beech. All I am saying is that You put a C172 and pay me good money, base me where I live and I will enjoy QOL. I come from Humble beginnings and for those that know me on here will justified that. All I am saying to all of you is that If you are complaining about Silver and now that Junior Captains have been displaced to the right seat then leave, the doors are open right now to all. The majors/Legacies will be accepting applications again in the fall and leave, but you are going to sit here and complain everyday talk smack, management this and management that and not do anything about it, no one will feel sorry for you Freez3192. Please don't tell me that 3192 is your date of Birth, because if it is you should be going somewhere with a future!

 

Don't blame gulfstream, we never flew Q400, we flew BE1900 I've never heard of a crash, improve your flying skill and don't talk BSSSSSSSSSSSSS

 

Some of us have been in this industry for a while and ended up here for some reason or another, it's the hand we were dealt...Everyone here knows that there's greener pastures out there, so please keep your little outstation not having internet jokes to yourself. Silver is what it is a quick upgrade. How long is that upgrade on your new jet?

No problem I'll tell the jokes to your Crew members/colleagues that set up a forum stating "outstation Basing", they might get a kick out of it since obviously they are polling to get Out stations out of the system.
About the Quick upgrade at Silver, I am pretty sure it got very Stagnate and now your upgrade time for many FOs at silver will take a while. Many Majors/Legacies do not require PIC anymore. Be smart, Knowledgeable, Hours,Educations (4 year Degree or higher), stay out of trouble and know people and you will get hired with in the next 5 years by majors, even without PIC time. Times have changed.
