It looks like all of Silver's flights are United Express. So do you have United non rev benefits?

They're not united express anymore. They're a united code share. Surprisingly they still have UA bennies. I heard the ground personnel at silver were having their UA benefits removed? Someone know more info on that?

We're never going to lose our United benefits, United can't afford to lose us, we provide too much feed. We should be getting JB benefits soon too so the future looks bright fellas. Lets keep up the good work! Today it's a Disney Vacation, tomorrow it's new airplanes, maybe even jets. Just imagine providing feed for JB. Possibilities are endless! Let's make SILVER really shine in 2014! Go Silver!

Perhaps this was sarcasm that I missed, but I think we have great potential to lose the United benefits. The only reason we are keeping them now is because of Dulles and Cleveland EAS routes. I also wonder if we did the cutover in Florida b/c we really wanted to spend the money and go independet, or because United didnt want to be associated with us anymore down there.

United would have to have someone to replace us if they were sick of us. I'm thinking we wanted to go it alone.

Easy on the koolaide boss. You must not have gotten your first check yet. Silver will never be a place one would be proud to work at. It is what some might call a bottom feeder amongst bottom feeders. The good news is you now qualify for food stamps. Enjoy. Go Silver!!
