We can back in this thread and see what all of the new hires were saying a little over a year ago that had them hopping up and down that they had been hired.

I wouldn't worry about it. There are many questions within the company as to how we would be able to staff and send airframes to BIL if that happens. 402's aren't exactly a dime a dozen these days; who knew that they would ever become a hot commodity?

I'll see what they say, and pass it along. TSA is first in STL though. Ill see whats happening there first.

If you have a choice between TSA and Silver take TSA.

I'll take the bait... They were 250 hour FO's, not sure if you looked out the window but you have to have 1500 hours now. Back then we were the only one to take you with a wet commercial now we are all on an even playing field. So maybe know what is going on before speaking.

I have a window seat and enjoy watching the show glide by.
The same enthusiasm that those *senior* pilots had when they jumped all over Silver will be present with the new recruits.
Silver was not hardly the only show in town taking such inexperienced pilot onboard.
