The sad part is, guys like CS are a huge part of the problem... and not nearly enough of you guys see it. (just to be clear, the company is it's own mess. But those guys.... come on man)

Never mind. CS isn't bad. RT needs to not be a rep.

Yes it's official! The flow through to United is very close to being finalized. This is how it's supposed to work.
1 year seat lock at each company, so FO at Great Lakes will be eligible to upgrade to CA after 1 year of holding FO at Great Lakes then after a 1 year seat lock as CA at Great Lakes the pilot can flow to next airline as an FO and will seat locked for 1 year and so on, and so on, and so on... Great Lakes flows to Silver Silver flows to CommutAir CommuteAir flows to Shiny Jet Operator in United System Shiny Jet Operator in United System flows to United! I'm really liking this flow stuff, maybe Delta and US Airways will join in on the fun. With the pilot shortage upon us I don't see any other way to make it to the majors! |
That flow plan sounds like a regional run around.

The list goes on, but I really don't have to justify my reasons. I like him as a person, and he's a good pilot, but his attitude towards many pilots isn't conducive to being a union rep. |
