Carl you are always trying to guide us towards a heavily moderated forums that are a pain to get to and have no useful information; at least here I check on other places and then look at the bs going on at silver.:D

It's because he's the moderator there now. Also it's funny that the cap'n should accuse you of doing more complaining than good... If you do go over there you'll see all of his whining...

That's right, but I'm not the only one. My reason for volunteering to moderate is to speed up the process at which posts can be approved, thus allowing a faster dissemination of information amongst our pilot group. Whining, huh? Guess I'll have to tone it down to a light squeal just for you, Big ;)

"Heavily moderated" is a bunch of bovine scatology. The more people that use the other forum, the more useful information you will find. As usual, Nancy, you are complaining more than you are contributing.

As usual Carl no useful information from you. I am not complaining just pointing out that having to login twice to a no back bone union website is pointless tell me mr carl how is there a street captain on the Saab. You guys think the company dosen't read the union forum or get all the *****ing of the conference calls? There are always a few sellouts in every bunch. That is all. Just facts. As soon as you have better information let me know.

Good for CapeAir. I hear they're have a good airline and I'm happy they're going to hire some 50 people. Hopefully it will be a smooth transition. Jamestown is next!

There's a direct entry captain on the Saab because of one of two things:
1. The Company is prepared to pay every pilot currently employed at Saab captain rates (fine by me), or;
2. They've made a mistake (which they'll likely fix to avoid #1).

Some could argue that a pilot has given the Company access to the Union forum and, of course, there will always be sellouts in every group. Regardless of those facts, there's nothing stopping us from having intelligent conversations about current issues in a place where we can use specific examples out of the view of the public.

Put that mind of yours to work on something useful, something beneficial to our pilot group. You've complained about the jumpseat issue with Compass. Help our jumpseat committee out, make a phone call or two, send an email. Help your fellow pilots and we'll be happy to help you in return.

More people might use the forum if it didn't take forever to get access.

Don't you have something better to do with your off time? I mean if I had 3 weeks off, work would be the last thing on my mind.

I understand. It's a process we are working to improve. All I can ask for is your patience.

Can you confirm that date? I heard December 1st was the cut-over date.
