If nobody picks up open time at all or those that do, only do it at 200 percent I have a feeling it would get management to amend our pay scale quicker than they are now. Many of you know about the individual that said he would fly open time at 300% and in turn got a hostile email from Alex. This guy is a great example of what more people should be doing. This is a good way to get the attention of management on to the pay issue AND route out someone like Alex that was hated bitterly at his previous airline. His abuse and complete disregard for the contract has gone on too long.

It will not make a difference. Had the same survey from the union and company when I left months ago and since then over 20 pilots left and nothing has changed. Bad Management, get rid of Shrek (CP) and re structure and then you might have an incentive.

Well guess what. They are. Flying will be cancelled no matter what. More are on their way out. I myself am still trying to find a good reason to stay. Nobody needs a reason to leave. Those are plentiful. I am thinking that if nothing is done and people keep jumping ship with no sign of the company doing anything to fix it I will be pushing for sky west, express jet, or compass in 30 days. I know a few things are coming...let's say that. (No, I don't know anything about new flying, just things to keep people from bailing. Don't ask how I know, just treat it as rumor and hearsay. If you have somewhere you want to go don't let this post deter you from bailing. That would just be silly, silly.)

I know a few things coming too.... IPADS (Hey we have em all in the training center remember just waiting on that FAA Approval), Outstation basing closing, MSP Delta flying, IAH United flying, Q400's so that we can work our way up into more contracts etc. etc. we've heard it all months/years ago.
