I think this is the curious language in that ad...
"We would like to extend an open interview invitation for all commercial airline pilots that possess current experience in the following:
121 Operations; Cabin Size of 34 Seats or Greater; Turboprop aircraft
Flight experience in the following operational environments:
Washington, DC; Florida and Bahamas"

I would not get upset about it. It appears the Regionals are tying to scavenge from other pilot groups. Trying to get their staffing up, sort of the Regional with the most Pilots wins mentality. Hay some of your pilots might go and you will move up or down in seniority.
Food for thought.

I applied and interviewed at Silver in April of 2012. I called the HR lady every 2 weeks for 3 consecutive months. Her answer everytime was "be patient" "don't worry we will call you". I eventually gave up and got a non-aviation related job.
Would it make sense to re-apply at Silver since it's local or would that pretty much make me look like a duma$$?
Also, if you google Silver Airways reviews, It doesn't look too good as far as customer complaints regarding delays and cancelations, but I just want to get the ball rolling. Tired of sitting on the ground.

But seriously, you could go anywhere right now, why fly a turboprop?
