Question ExpressJet or Commutair

Hello,

I just completed my training with CommutAir and I really enjoyed my time there. Everyone is really friendlly and they all know eachothers names. Althjought flying the Beech 1900 as an F/O makes you feel like a flight attendant most of the time, uprade times are great. 12 months to become a Capt. on the beech, plus they just started delivering Dash 8's . They should have all 16 online within 2 years. They pay is low, 18 dollars and hour for F/O and 32 For the Capt. and then it only goes up 1 dollar per year. ExpressJet on the other hand has better pay and better working conditions but upgrade time is anywhere between 2 and 3 years. Also, I am not to sure about the stability of ExpressJet in the future with the gas prices going up. I really do not know which one to pick...
Thanks

Well you know where I stand! They are completely two different airlines. To ask which one is a dumb question! Where do you want to work, how much money do you want to make, what type of a/c do you want to fly, do you want to do 8 legs a day with no a/p, do you want to do overnights, do you want to be agear monkey for longer than neccesary. There are a million questions to ask YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What type of training agreement does UCA have? Stay there a couple months, get some 121 then go to whoever you want.
