Default Silver Pilots

Commuting to work out of MCO today and couldn't help to see a group of silver pilots on the train. They were the most unprofessional looking pilots out there. Out of shape, shirts untucked, what's happening to this industry?

How about pay more for qualified talent? Ask that same question to all regional management.

I'd think you'd be more likely to get elephants. If you want monkeys, you gotta pay in bananas.

I saw a bunch of Silver pilots today who flew 12 legs across Florida in those hot airplanes. They must be awfully hard working to get the job done under those conditions and still be so laid back and relaxed. Nothing like those prissy pilots who can't fly more than 2 legs without crying that the crease in their uniform is fading.

Exactly. Regional management will **** and moan about pilot professionalism but in the end all they really care about is planes moving and pilots working for the lowest pay they can get away with.
