Can't look very well on my phone.
Anyone know if there is a federal reg about scheduling and when you can or cannot have a shift taken away?
Had shifts moved to reserve before but they want to just take a full day away cause scheduling messed up between months and is breaking the 7 day rule.
Thanks for any references or lack thereof.

I don't see why the feds would care if you have a shift taken away. They are concerned that you aren't on duty too much and possibly become fatigued. Being told you are working less would not be on their radar.

Ya. Some states have regulations so was curious if dot might also.
I know I've seen provisions about getting paid for assigned shifts and figured worth asking if there was any backing to those or if just one of those good parts of being in a union
