There are too many variables to answer that question. How many deductions do you plan to take? Are you married or single? Does your spouse work? How much are you putting in the 401K. Are you using the Roth 401K or the regular 401K?

How about this... First year Captain 90K or 3461.54 per pay period (every two weeks, 90,000/26)
single head of house hold, 3 exemptions

3461.54 gross
468.72 Fed withholding
0 state withholding(no tax state)
50.20 odi (medicare tax 1.45%)
214.62 ssi (social security tax 6.2%)
.99 state labor/industry worker tax
________
2727.01 net (every two weeks)

We file expenses after every 8 day tour. Per diem is $59/day so add $472 every two weeks but this is paid in a separate check. (International per diem is $65)

What is the timeframe to get to the Excel?

When are we gonna start seeing those X airframes on the ramp? Didn’t we see a bunch of pictures a few months back? That would probably provide some pilot movement throughout the fleet...

Also, are the King Airs gradually being upgraded to PL Fusion or will they keep PL 21 in some airplanes?

King Airs will not be retrofitted with the Fusion package.
As far as the Xs go, the first 3 are in the process of being added too the certificate now. Since it's a new type, it takes a little while. The rest should be considerably easier.

401K, company will contribute 50% up to 6% (so in other words, you put in 6% and they contribute 3%). Vesting over 5 years (this sucks, so of their 3%, if you leave after

year 1, you would get .6%,
year 2, you would get 1.2%,
year 3, you would get 1.8%,
year 4, you would get 2.4%,
year 5, now you get the full 3%.

Company pays medical, dental, vision for the family.
Annual raises, (can't remember exactly, but

year 1, Capt 90K, year 2, Capt 93K, year 3, Capt 96K.

what else?

Close on the pay scale: Its actually
Capt year 1= 90K Year 2=94K Year 3=98K Year 4=102K year 5= 106K Year 6=108K It basically goes up 2K a year after year 6

FO Pay
Year 1=55K then 60K, 65K, 70K, 80K, 82K....Goes up 2K a year after year 6.

Don't forget that our health, dental and vision premiums are 100% paid by the company. I'm guessing that's worth around $6k a year?
