PIC pay is 90K, SIC 55k with annual increases. If you have right quals, you can hire on as PIC.
8/6 rotations with travel on days 1 and 8.
Incredibly good health insurance fully paid by company for you and family.

That may be the case, but upgrades and transitions are based on merit.
Also, there needs to be an open slot and there’s not much movement in the XL ranks.

All the guys I know who recently went to the Excel have been around for about 3 years. I wouldn't suggest coming to Wheels Up unless you were willing to hang out in the King Air for at least a few years. This is a King Air company with a few jets sprinkled in and I don't imagine that changing. The King Air is the bread and butter of Wheels Up.

I believe the contract is dated day one of Indoc.
