From: Back on the "light" side...
401K, company will contribute 50% up to 6% (so in other words, you put in 6% and they contribute 3%). Vesting over 5 years (this sucks, so of their 3%, if you leave after
year 1, you would get .6%,
year 2, you would get 1.2%,
year 3, you would get 1.8%,
year 4, you would get 2.4%,
year 5, now you get the full 3%.
Company pays medical, dental, vision for the family.
Annual raises, (can't remember exactly, but
year 1, Capt 90K, year 2, Capt 93K, year 3, Capt 96K.
