Paid over three years. 10k front loaded, 10k on first anniversary, 10k on the next.

Schedules are scattered now. Some 8/6, some 4/3 blends, some 5/3/4/5/9... all over the place.

JetSuiteX side is getting worked hard. Still not a bad place to cut your teeth if you can get in.

There are corporate ERJs out there. One that comes to mind (just because I've seen them locally) is Menards. Pay is low, but would hire low time guys into the right seat of their fleet of E135 and Citation X.

Contour is still hiring low time pilots into the right seat of the ERJ and we just recently opened a base in SBA. I think you can also live in Vegas or Oakland.

Delux-X has a real issue of PIC’s getting hired out the top and the SIC’s weren’t eligible for upgrade. Waaaayyyyy too many low timers. They are great guys and gals, but they had an immediate need for PIC’s. The last 4 new hire classes have been almost all PIC’s

I’m not with Delux....I just train them. They have been hiring DEC’s.
I’ve seen many retired airline guys to current Caravan PIC’s from Mokelele.

They got in a real pickle with way too many low time SIC’s.

They're technically not DECs though, more like "quick upgrade pilots". They do IOE in the right seat, upon the completion of which they may move directly into captain IOE based on the verdict of the training captains or check airmen they flew with. If they are deemed not ready to upgrade immediately, they are released on the line as FOs for a while and re-evaluated at a later date. The expectation is that they will upgrade straight out of IOE, but it's still not a guaranteed thing like a DEC deal would be.
