Default Hiring low time pilot for immediate opening

Seeking single engine commercial pilot for immediate opening. Single pilot survey position traveling across North America. 250 total time, 25 retractable gear, current medical and IFR proficient. Excellent opportunity to build 800-1,000 hours per year of PIC. Salaried position. Hotel, rental car and meals covered. Must be willing to relocate to Michigan. Why not? Technically not required but additional training that he has bothered to complete.
That's a plus in my book.
