Going to be lots of consolidation in the coming years for that part of the industry.

I just turned down an offer as a DEC from JE, mostly due to the terms of the contract have taken on the Euro VJ "flavor"....training on your days off, no vacation, etc.
Vista will suck the life outta JE/JS and whomever else that they acquire. It's what they do.

I'm sure the attrition rate will ramp up, just as it has at XO. Their goal is to get rid of anyone who makes "too much" money, in their eyes.

You will never be rewarded for your brand loyalty to VistaJet.

Get in, get typed, get your upgrade, get your PIC time, then GTFO.

Conservatively 160+ since 1/1/2022. MTF, not enough new hires to replace the number of departees.

When working for V.J, are you allowed to do any Freelance work during your time off if you so desire to?

Why would anyone want to work for VJ?

Read any of the threads about them (JE/XO too) from the past two years.

Run…

I think they had an initial rush of people out the door. Then it settled down. My friends are building time and resume credibility but I don’t see them staying.

They XO’d Jet Edge. Really unfortunate.
