Yeah would be interesting to hear from some one on property... Always seem to have openings on their website which would be indicative of constant turnover... Most likely due to Part 135 industry average or below pay and QOL... So please some one on property fill in the blanks...

A quick look at reviews on Glassdoor explains the high turnover rate. Surely there are better jobs out there unless one has checkride failures or DUIs.

I interview with them. I had a bad feeling. I said thank you but no thank you

I interviewed and turn them down as well. Several reviews on glassdoor referenced working overtime and not getting paid for it. I don't mind working on my days off to help out, but I sure would like to get paid for it!

Not sure if it was the right call. Would love to hear some perspective from someone that works/worked there.

I talked to a couple of older guys who worked there. They were of the mind “it’s 135, it is what it is”.

An offer and another potential offer popped up elsewhere so, I shoved Premier back on the back burner.

Run from that place.
Not a friendly place to be.
Maintanence issues, pilots are below average.
If you show good pilot CRM, you'll be in trouble.
Just like I said, RUN.
