Hope this helps for all the non-CFI'S that meet requirements.
Curious, did they say anything about your military experience, with regard to the whole CFI thing? I would think the CFI requirement is more for the non-military folks as it is generally a difficult (or at least requires a little dedication) cert to obtain. It could easily translate into showing that one is prepared to pass a part 135 training program.

As for the "SIM issue", my guess would be that is related to the E120 Brasilia sim being removed from Flight Safety ATL. FS made the decision to no longer support that platform. For now, it is anybody's guess as to what will happen. Heard a rumor Freight Runners is curious about buying it, but maybe AMF is also contemplating that idea too.

Default Berry Aviation FO

I heard Berry is a miss or hit. I completed my Comm and Multi at KDTO two years ago. Due to family and personal reasons moved back to Oregon for the time being, but have been proactively flying and staying current. Currently at 550TT with 31ME. I applied two months ago and have not heard back from them. I applied for both FO positions. Also the reviews I have heard about them is that they will work you for the money you will be making and they are hard on the "living within 30 min from base". Any other questions let me know. Cheers!

Nothing about my prior military experience. He only told me to obtain more hours and try back then.

AMF FO positions are typically inside track UPS interns, but it never hurts to get in touch. With 500TT you can probably get a seasonal Alaska gig, start applying now. If you are not a child of the magenta you might get by.
