I read that their training is held up in Vermont. The web-site does not go into much detail though on the routes they run. If they do run routes up and down the Atlantic please let me know.

The $7500 training contract is probably just saying that if you leave within the first 12 months of employment, then you would have to pay the company that amount of money. This is so they can recover the cost to train you. After that 12 months, you are home free.

Not hiring right now but during the "glory days" they were hiring directly into the Bandits. Runs throughout the Northeast as well as Southeast. Mostly UPS freight. They ran into a lawsuit a while back from a former pilot who was fired for not taking a plane that had a lot of inop stuff into the soup. Not sure on the details of the lawsuit though but I am pretty sure the pilot won. They have also had kind of a bad accident history with the EMB's lately...Aviation Safety Network > ASN Aviation Safety Database > Operator index > United States of America > AirNow

Just my two cents...back to ACC, I have heard almost all good things. The only bad was the QOL while working the Charter side.

The schedule used to be 19/9. Its now something like 14/7 or 12/9, depends. Sitting around does suck but most would say QOL is better than most scheduled runs, i.e more living during daylight, variety, etc. Not knowing what you are doing, day-to-day does suck but depends on your personality.
