What's the word from anyone there? I keep seeing openings both for C208 captains, and ATR F/O's. Are they just testing the water, or are they serious? I've shot a resume over with no response.

I sent a resume a week ago, got the "thanks but you don't meet our needs right now" letter. I've got around 2000TT and 800 c-van, if it's for the ATR, i've also got 600 turbojet/121 time. Not sure what they're really looking for.

When it comes to what employers are looking for, it is anyone's guess as every employer/individual is different. Often if you have too much time you are categorized as over-qualified (my wife's father is a GV PIC with 10,000+ hours and has been actively looking for a job for over 2 years now to no avail), or too little time and it's not competitive with the rest of the pack.
We're in a VERY tough industry/time right now, one that will be talked about many years into the future (assuming it does get better).
Just my 2 (often worthless) cents.

I guess you really did not read my question carefully. I asked for exact hourly rate and what was the Monthly guarantee. APC has yearly pay...so thats why i asked for the break down
But thanks for the useless reply

Yeah it is a good place to work. I talked to a couple of their pilots several times back in my cargo days. The pay is decent and the schedule is based on the run you are assigned. You end up doing the same run every week and get to have your weekends off depending on the run.
