It seems as though they're only looking for contract pilots, not actual full-time employees. Does anyone know for sure if this accurate, or are they hiring regular full-time employees (i.e., benefits, salary, etc.)?

Just interviewed with these folks yesterday. Great group of people. Yes it is a Contract job at the moment. Pays $400/day for Capt and $300/day for FO.

Did they mention anything particular they're looking for? I live close to there, had a personal acquaintance talk to the chief pilot for me and sent my resume to 2 different contacts there as well, more than qualified for an fo spot, easily available for contract work and can't hear a damn thing back from them.
