Does anyone have any information on how to get your resume to these guys? MurkDaddy..you said that you talked to a manager. Did you cold call them then?

No I didn't cold call them. I met the manager at a lunch-in and we just started talking. He told me to just apply on the website and he would be on the look out for it but I was a little short on TT. So I would recommend sending in your resume and, what has worked for me in the past, cold calling the HR department to "confirm" they received your resume/application. I have got a few interviews this way.

I am a 121 guy looking to transition into the Fractional world. While on your 2 week rotation, is it likely that you will be on the road for the entire 2 weeks or if there is no flying scheduled are you at home?

There are two schedules.
1. 15 on/13 off 2. "Reserve" or Flex" which is Max of 15 days on followed by a prorated days off. ex. if you are gone 15 days, you get a MINIMUM 10 days off (Usually get a couple more than that). If you are gone less than 15 days, there is a scale for how many days off. 10 days gone, 6 days home or something like that. But once you leave, it is very rare you are gone less than 15 days......
