Why not just go to somewhere like Great Lakes, they hire low timers, and THEY pay YOU, granted it's not much but it's better than pay to play...

If you pay for it, people will hold that against you down the road.

You are very close to 1000, good regionals will hire you at 1000/100. Some of the not-so-good ones are hiring people with less time than what you have. Even a crappy regional is better than pay-to-play.
