Amf @ Bfi

PA31's @BFI
Haven't heard anything around the office water cooler. AMF is still hiring pilots for the chieftain out of BUR, some rumors were floating around that UPS wants to use AMF more up in BFI, so that might mean more lines available, but not sure about chieftains.

Thanks, freightdog.
I heard that the UPS work is all done on the turboprops. Is that right?
I'm VERY interested in moving back to Seattle (or Portland), so I'll just keep my ears open for now. I've got about a hundred more hours 'till 1,200 anyway.
BTW, do you know if 1,200TT/200ME would make me a competitive AMF candidate?

minimums
wafleboy,
I got hired at Ameriflight with about 1300 TT and 125 multi, and I believe that 1200/200 would make you competitive enough. AMF has a big Chieftain base in Portland (PDX) and they may have one or two in BFI, don't quote me on it though. BGI is a big turbine base and it may be getting bigger.
Good luck, fly safe
