Default executive flight management, IL

Do you guys have any info on them? I was called to see if I am interested in a FO position. So far what I know is Pay is LOW! They said they know it is low but they said they are looking for a FO that can upgrade with in a year. As of right now I am thinking I will have to turn them down based on the pay unless I can get them to come up in pay. He told me that you do not fly a lot but you will be on call a lot. The biggest reason I am even asking and considering this job is because of what is going on at Pinnacle. I am around the 2000 area for seniority so my 5+ years does not buy me much.

Question to ask, is this an "owner" aircraft or is it part of the EJM fleet.

If the plane is an "owner" aircraft, pay should be more, but when plane goes away......I believe you are out as well.

If you have become comfortable with a schedule, seniority and rules, I am not sure this would be your cup of tea.

Good luck!
