I used to work for them. It's a good gig for what it is.
They recently introduced a new pay scale. Has new captains starting at 37K/year -vs- the 43K they were paying starting out. It's a 10 year pay scale that goes up to 60K. FO's are 18K/year, it will take roughly a year to upgrade.
I'm sure they would love to have you they are really hurting for pilots. They are losing 15 pilots during the month of September.

I sent you a PM as well. Also, where are pilots upgrading to from Mokulele? Are they moving to regionals from there with their 1500 hrs?
The reason I ask is I can stay with the flight school as a CFI and build PIC multi time in seminoles but I would rather fly for a carrier if the SIC turbine time is just as valuable.

The SIC turbine time in a Caravan only helps your TT, you won't upgrade at Mokulele until 1200. Regionals and low-end 135 charters just want the TT. Depending on your goals should dictate what you do. If you want to go to the regionals then go wherever you'll build time the fastest, but if you're looking for a decent corporate gig go for the multi time.
In the end you can never have to much multi time.

I applied here the other day. Is this a good company overall? Do they pay you during training? I heard they pay FO's 18K, is that a salary or an average of what you make a year?
If anyone is interested in applying I sent my resume to: [email protected]

Seems like they will be hiring multiple people, or they are very selective on who they hire. They had a bunch of times for interviews and I sent them mine, but later wanted to see if I could do it later in the day as I miss-converted the time... The list they sent back of what was available was about half the initial times I was offered.
