You don't need to be near Kinston. All pilots are home based within 1 hr of an airport with commercial service. There are a few that live in NC (EWN,PGV,CLT,RDU,AVL). Most are scattered across the country though with one as far west as SAN.

Is there a training contract? I know most places have one, but does it renew every year when you're due for recurrent? I feel like I heard someone mention this before.

My training agreement was only for one year period following initial type rating on assigned airframe. It would be prorated in the unlikely event I decided to move on before year of service.

Frankly, my attorney wife and I were surprised how reasonable the training agreement was. It was for less than I could have paid retail for CE-525 type at CAE or Flightsaftey and other expenses like airfare, rental car, hotel, and per diem that company incurred to send me to training were NOT included as part of agreement.

Is someone able to provide an idea of pay for FO and captain?
How long it is taking to upgrade to captain?
What the work schedule is? 15/13, 8/6?
Does they provide Health, 401k, dental, vision, any performance bonuses?
Are you allowed to keep hotel points and flight miles?
What is the companies longevity goal?

We do not have/use a company call sign. Just regular tail number of airplane. All fleet tails end in Juliet Sierra.

I think most of these questions are covered on profile page: https://www.airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/regional/flyexclusive

We keep all the points! PM me if you have other specific questions.

No, but any citation time is a huge plus since many Cessna jets share similar systems/parts.

Would someone be so kind as to PM me your companies health benefits rates for medical, dental, vision and 401k. I know it’s covered for the pilot but I need the full skinny.

Thanks!
