When I talked to them I believe they had $57k as starting pay in the EMB145 for CA. I think you could weasel it up to $60k if you included the moving expenses. I think it went up $2k a year or so. Not sure if they fly their 145s with 30 seats or the full 50..someone who works there will have to chime in.

I applied a while back. Got a call a couple of weeks ago and did a short phone interview. Got a call back last week and did another phone interview with CEO, CP, DO, & HR. I'd originally got the call for Captain position on EMB145. CA's have a $55 salary with a training contract. 7 on 7 off. Could be asked to work beyond your 7 on. Merit based upgrades. I got an email from HR with an offer letter for an FO position. FO's start at $25K.
They say they're getting more EMB 145's and are getting their 121 certificate soon. HR couldn't really answer where the 121 flying is going to come from. I would assume some EAS contracts they're hoping to get when they get a 121 certificate. Till then I'd guess it's all 135 flying. Could be a good opportunity to get in on the ground floor......or.....could be another ADI. When I interviewed with ADI last year they were saying the same types of things. This is probably just enough info to create more questions....but it's all I got.
