Completely depends on the aircraft. Some are almost all charter, some almost all Part 91. Some 14/7, home a lot. Others are 20/10, rarely get home during rotation. A few are two pilots only with no set schedule. No CASS, No KCM, Pay varies based on locale - no set payscale. Most pilots stay with one aircraft, so upgrade depends on movement of one or two people.

Seems like the training contract the previous poster mentioned would be the ugly

Looks like a big operation if you look at their website. I think they operate something like 8-9 CL300s , 5-6 CL604s and 12-14 Lear 60s scattered around the country. I believe they just added a Global.

I've met a few of their CL300 crews on the road - nice guys! I heard something like 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Not sure about their pay. With all of the airline hiring, I imagine their pay needs to be competitive to keep people.

Just got an interview with Jet Select. I was hoping I could get some thoughts or first person experiences with the company, there's not a lot of info on QOL/Pay/Schedule out about them. Thanks

All depends on the aircraft you are on.

Jetselect is a management company, so you could get on an aircraft that has multiple crews, or a rotation and end up with a set schedule, or you could be on an aircraft with a single crew and be 24/7 on call. Or on an aircraft that does mostly part 91.

It is a crap shoot and I'd recommend requesting to interview with or at least talk to the crew on the aircraft they are thinking of hiring you into prior to accepting.

Pay all depends on the air frame type, your seat (CA or FO) and your experience, and is negotiable at time of hire.

The training contract sucks. 1 year pro-rated for your initial. Also they require you to sign a 6-month contract for every re-current session.

Run while you still can..... Managment will lie to you to get you in the door then your at the mercy of your part 91 owner. Don’t like how they treat you? Feel free to quit it will only cost you a pro rated amount of 50k depending on how long your willing to suffer... Try Netjets or flex Jet or Gama Aviation. This is a pilot economy no reason to sign a 50k contract. It’s only there for Jetselect managment to abuse you.
