I agree Pro Pilot is significantly off in regards to current compensation levels. I would say across the board and I have had conversations with guys across the board in regard to compensation and airplane size and for the most part Pro Pilot is low. You have to consider a lot of factors when weighing these numbers and not just taking them at face value. Schedule, other benefits provided, airplane hours flown, promotion opportunities and location of job!!

Starting pay for the light-mid jets is around 60-70k for FOs

And for CA's? Curious if they're closer to the Pro Pilot survey or more in line with NBAA numbers.

Can only tell what the numbers are on my plane. Im sure others are different. But the Lear Captain will pay around 85-95. Bigger planes pay more.

Agreed I am on a Large Cabin aircraft and SIC would be 105-110k and PIC 125-130k....
