Phone interview, typical HR type questions, as well as an opportunity to ask questions about the company. If they like you you’ll be scheduled for a technical interview later, they’ll provide details about what to expect, usually some IFR questions, and technical questions regarding a type aircraft you’ve previously flown

I've done both interviews and have been offered a PIC position. My biggest reservation is the contract, which nothing can be done about, and the fact that I will be commuting. I would like to hear from any other commuters with Boutique on their experiences. The airport I will commute from is an hour to an hour and a half away depending on which airport I use. There are many flights per day to my potential domicile and they would be ~2 hour flights to domicile.
Also, What do you think the options are beyond Boutique? How useful is having Single Engine turbine PIC time? Seems like ME turbine PIC is much more useful and in demand.
