I can answer any questions you have abou Tradewind. I will say TW is superior to Boutique, I have lots of friends who were at BTQ, even my gf, and it doesn’t compare to Tradewind in pay, benefits, or QOL.

Mins? Lowest I’ve ever seen was like 370. Came very highly recommended and lived up to the hype. Typically 600-800. If you’re above that and / or close to 135.267 then you will be considered.

I'm at 400 with instrument rating and a CMEL. Any hope?

Never hurts to apply and keep your resume up to date.

If you live in a Tradewind base, don't aspire to go to a legacy airline, and can live on 100k or so, Tradewind is a retirement-grade job.
They treat you really well there. I went to a regional, but I still miss it.

Planesense has 4 bases in VA. In addition to IAD, DCA and RIC they added CHO. Just curious what base would you want Planesense to add if they hired you?

I never heard CHO was a base. It doesn’t show as one. That would work but I would request RDU if that was not an active option.
