500TT is their ideal candidate, no one has everything. Apply anyway

Just interviewed with Sandhills yesterday.. They are flying 172s and Aztecs. 4 week on/2 week off or 3 month on/2 week off schedules. They take care of lodging, travel arrangements to/from, maintenance, etc you just show up and fly. If you're concerned about the pay or being home more than every 4 weeks it doesn't sound like the job for you.

That sounds good. What questions did they ask? Technical? Regulations?

Scenario based questions.. What would you do if (x equipment) goes out and you are halfway to your destination? What do you do if you need to survey inside of a bravo and they won't let you in? Interpersonal scenario questions.. Nothing you can really study for but you must have a general understanding of troubleshooting/safety in flight and handling interpersonal issues.

So what are the answers to those questions? I'm curious.

Really depends on the situation and how you handle them. No standard answer I guess.
