Your best move is to continue learning and earn your CFI so you can get hired as an Instructor. You already know this, but there are few opportunities at your experience level, not to mention insurance requirements. Good luck, we have all been in your shoes, decades ago.

Indeed, get your CFI if you want to get those first few hundred (or up to 1500) hours quickly. Pretty much every flight school is hiring including US Aviation where I work.

Definitely agree with everyone else on this. I was in your exact spot about six months ago and trying desperately to find something to do other than being a CFI not because I didn't want to teach, but because I thought there was no way I'd be able to learn everything and pass the checkride. Truth was, once you get commercial, you are more or less prepared knowledge and maneuver wise for the CFI. I'm glad that's the route I went because I love what I do and the money is good for a 500 hour pilot. You can make up to about 50,000 at a busy flight school. Mokulele would be your one realistic 135 option at 250 or so hours (I'm guessing) and they pay 18,000.
Hope this helps

Possible, but not probable. I know our mins are 500 hrs and all other part 135 VFR mins met or exceeded. CFI cert preferred. We do have IFR ops also, but that's a bit higher at 1200 hrs plus the other 135 IFR mins.

Hiring is not like it used to be up there. A good candidate will have many times over the minimums for a job.
