Default CFI needing more hours

Hello all, I am currently a CFI, CFII, MEI with around 900TT and 500 dual given. Currently I am a check airman at a 141 school. Pay is great but I’m barely averaging 35 hours a month. I’ve been stuck around this time for about three months now and need something with good pay and much better flight time (i.e. less sims and oral stage checks). Does anyone know of anything 135 right seat, CFI, or whatever that I can average at least 80 hours a month. Thanks.

Ah the joys and negative perks of “moving up” in the CFI world... You are learning that “moving up” means more $$ but less hours... Remeber this 30 years from now. Why not stay with your same 141 gig and go back to primary instruction? If your goal is 1500 hours ASAP, that’s what I would consider doing if I were in your shoes. 135 SIC is hit or miss on rapid accrual of flight time.

You could come to Cape Air, I work a 4 on 4 off schedule and am blocked to fly 105 hours a month without picking up any extra days.

When you are building hours, there's nothing worse than a day off. Your QOL is better the more you work. 100 block hours a month means great QOL.

Ahh this sounds like Liberty and the reason I left to go to a mom and pop school to Fly 125 hours a month.

Ameriflight hires right seat at 900TT to build your time to be a captain for us. What are your other times (ME, CC point to point, Instrument and night?)

Come to Falcon Aviation Academy near Atlanta. Im a CFI and CFII and I have flown 100+ the last three months. They treat CFIs okay but I just show up fly and go home. Unlimited Chinese students for you to train.

If you want to move go to Dallas. A redictulous amount of flight schools and overseas students. I flew over 100hours a month without trying in Dallas Fort Worth.

QOL is great! I work 4 days on 4 days off 13 hour duty days and commute 3 hours and have a small crashpad in base. We are paid by the duty hour not by the flight hour. Anything over 40 hours in a week or anything outside of my scheduled 0600-1900 is paid overtime at time and a half.
