Why part-time work? Maybe you'll just find a side job to work 7 hours and get paid?

Especially true for jobs that wouldn't get advertised.

I finally found a part-time pilot job the part-91 world which came about because of an instructor I knew at a local flight school. He'd been working this same job but was moving on to something else and passed the job info. along to me. A simple phone call to the company owner and I was hired.
In addition to this ^^^, treat everyone you meet as a potential reference.
Different people, different values but if I’ve seen you treat FBO staff poorly you wouldn’t get a CFI job from me.
If you treat anybody poorly they may just decide not to tell you about that job opportunity they’ve just heard about.
Over the years I’ve been asked numerous times if I knew somebody to fly this or do that.
You may meet a 1000 people and one holds the Golden Ticket for you.

I believe that nothing is impossible in terms of work. If you find a part-time job, will you choose the type of work or is it completely irrelevant to you? Waiter vacancies are always open in the city...

Plus, you may not be far from where you need to go afterward. It's also possible to take two part-time jobs for a small number of hours. Either way, side hustle shouldn't be a big deal if you're not picky about the job. What kind of work are you most interested in working with people or in an office? If it doesn't matter, you can work as a waiter.

It gets much more difficult if you are tied to a particular area and can only work part time. At least you are in a populated area so you eventually may be able to pick something up. Doing your training locally should help, you may make some connections.
My former instructor was 1400 hours and went to Ameriflight based in FTW. Those options are more paying the pilots than CFI.
